Phoenix Brown Fish Glass Compote circa 1932
For sale is this small pressed glass compote by Phoenix Glass, who produced this Fish pattern for just a few years in the early 1930s. The compote is molded with swirling fish in high relief, accented by translucent fired-on color on the underside. Very striking; it looks like Lalique, as it was meant to.
The small compote is 6 1/4 inches wide by 2 3/4 inches tall, and weighs 1 lb 2 oz (shipping weight 2 lbs).
