Offered for sale is this pretty pair of footed porcelain plates or comports of ornate shape, decorated with pink cabbage roses and gold on the rim. They are marked "Rosenthal Monbijou". Monbijou is the name of the ornate shape. The comports are marked on the base.

The comports are 9 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches tall. The pair weighs 2 lbs 8 oz (shipping weight 4 lbs).

Condition: Very good with no chips, cracks or crazing, but some rubbing on the gold of the rim at the high points.
